Gentle Flow Yoga brings you back to your body and heart. We begin with a heart-centering spiritual reading and move into a quiet body-centering meditation.
Each class includes stretching that releases tension and increases flexibility in your muscles and fascia, and moves into a gentle flow series such as sun and moon salutation. We often pause and go into a pose more deeply using either the wall, a yoga strap, block or bolster. Personal adjustments and modifications are given as needed and students are encouraged to listen to their own bodies as the body holds the true wisdom of movement. Each class ends with additional stretching and a long savasana so that you leave feeling refreshed and renewed!
