Tuesdays and Thursdays

In this active, dynamic stretch and strengthening class, you will move through the muscles and fascia of the whole body. Although each class focuses on a different part of the body (back, pelvis, legs, etc.), each class also works through the total body.  You will feel strengthened, lengthened, and renewed at the end.   So come join us in person or on-line through Zoom.   Email: [email protected] to be included on Zoom.

After teaching and publishing in academia for many years, Margie resigned her faculty position to follow her heart. Her heart led her to study at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. A year later she founded Dancing the Soul, a Center for Movement and Stillness, which she owned for 10 years. Certified in Reiki, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Dance, Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra, she now works independently as the owner of Conscious Movements. Her first book, Seven Lights of Love recounts her own journey from pain to wholeness and self-acceptance. Margie’s commitment to women’s health and wellness continues to inspire her to lead Women’s Circles and teach yoga and movement to women of all ages and abilities. Her own desire to stay healthy and strong, and have fun doing so, led her to start taking Aerial classes where her aquarius rising is experiencing tremendous creativity and independence. Marco, her playful and affectionate cat, can be seen jumping to great heights to keep up.
